We highly recommend John Huang and Success Migration. John assisted us with our application for both stages of the partner visa (820 and 801).
From the start we had a clear view of the requirements and what to expect from the process. He is an expert and his advice is concise and professional. John is very organised and makes the whole visa application process manageable.

I cannot recommend John highly enough! I engaged his services from Queensland in August 2025 to help me apply for the Subclass 887 Skilled – Regional visa and I am thrilled to say I received my visa in less than 4 months.

“Your Migration Agent will only ever be as good as your understanding of your own situation and the questions you ask him.”

I live and work in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia with my wife and children. My family and I have been trying to find a pathway to citizenship for quite some time now. Having explored every possible free option it was time to spend some money. So I decided to hire in my opinion three of the best migration agencies in Perth. They were hired all at the same time and told about it. One of them was Success Migration Australia. The consultations were done via phone and Zoom calls. The end result, I can highly recommend all three of those agencies. All three attacked my situation from different angles and had different approaches and suggestions. I learned more about my situation and how to gain citizenship and the different options open to us on each call. On several occasions the call would have been cut short would I not have known enough about my own situation and kept coming with questions. Remember to see spending that money as an investment into your future and not as a necessary expense. Also don’t see a migration agent or for that matter your lawyer, accountant, doctor etc. as the be all end all. Don’t be lazy, do your homework! Learn everything you can about your own situation first. Even call the Australian Department of Home Affairs and ask them as many questions as you can first. I came to John about two months ago when my visa application was about to be refused and I got only 3 weeks to fix it. John worked amazingly hard to help me with all the files (yes, there were tons of them) within only 2 weeks and today I got my visa granted. Throughout the process John was calm and dedicated and he never got tired of answering my questions. He made me confident about my situation too. I can't recommend him more to anyone who wants to apply for a visa and his service price is fairly reasonable too.

After seeking multiple quotes for a PR189 Visa, NZ Stream, John was by far the most reasonable by around $3000 cheaper. HIs professionalism, quick response to questions and reassurance during the visa application is what stands out for me. My family and I family applied in Dec 2019 and just received the visa in June 2021. Through all that period John was working with us and keeping us reassured everything was fine. Thanks again John, after a long wait, I am looking forward to being reunited with my family in the near future.

Consulted him initially because I was unsure if I was eligible for a particular visa (485), and have been told by multiple parties that it was not possible but John dispelled the myth and confusion with his accurate knowledge of the requirements. He convinced me that it was possible and he has previously done it for other clients with the similar situation. (I liked how he charged 50% of his agent fee first and will only collect the other 50% when the visa is granted/full refund if it does not go through.) I trusted John with the application process and it went very smoothly Alas, I was granted my visa within 1 month of applying! I was recommended John by my friend and engaged his service. You might think with this excellent google rating, this agent must be incredibly good at what he does. You bet! I have dealt with so many visa agents and have been let down by many of them. John is not one of them. The quality of his service is by far the BEST in business. Can't recommend them enough. The reason comes down to competence. John really knows his stuff, replies promptly, and you can tell he really wants to get the desired result(s). There were a couple of times I needed something done very quickly, and was a bit too much to ask for, but he did it with no hesitation. Out of the many immigration agents I emailed, only 2 responded to my query. John was the quickest(within hours) and the only one to actually answer my question. The other sent a cut and paste response a week later telling me to pay the consultation fee and they would answer all my questions. Highly recommended agent. Just got my partner visa approved. We were expecting the approval to take at least around 1 year given the country of origin and some issues with my partner's passport. Going through John, we managed to get it exactly 6 months from the date we submitted it. I found some agencies in the past to be very useless, however, John Huang is very good at what he does. Very quick responses for email and phone call, also very professional and sees things through until the end, very good advice and highly reliable. Gives good opinions on your success rates and if he thinks you should go ahead or cut your losses.
Not a money grabber in anyway and provides fixed rates/lump sum work for many cases.

Talking from my personal experiences, I was seeking for immigration agents' help for a long time before I got known John's contact number. I spoke (I was testing them on how much the knew about migration law )to three different migration agent and all had to call the migration office to ask about the migration law.
