Our Journey
Building Success One Step at a Time
Every business has its own story — and for me, it’s not just about where we are today, but how far we’ve come.
Between 2009 and 2012, I was working in the HR Department for a mining company where I had the opportunity to be involved in visa matters. It was during that time that I realised how complex and life-changing the migration process could be — not just paperwork, but about people’s future. That experience planted the seed for what would later become Success Migration Australia.
Driven by curiosity and motivated by purpose, I decided to study the Migration Law at Murdoch University in 2012. The classes were held in the evenings and on weekends. Not exactly easy for a young father so I was deeply grateful for my wife’s support.
Eventually, I completed the course and became a registered migration agent and started planning to launch my own business.
EARLY DAYS
At first, the plan was simple: do it on the side. No any office space — just a vision and a laptop. I met clients after work hours and on weekends — sometimes at their homes, sometimes in cafés, and even at McDonald’s. It was exciting but also exhausting at the same time. Before long, I realised it just wasn’t practical.
After six months of juggling both jobs, I made a tough decision — I resigned from my HR role. The timing wasn’t perfect. At the time, my wife was nine months pregnant with our second child, and we were a single-income family.
FIRST OFFICE
To keep costs low, I started from a shared office space. no signage, no name on the door — but it was a start. I often wondered how clients felt walking into an office that didn’t even have our name on it, but what I lacked in presentation, I made up for it with passion, honesty, and care.
For the next three years, that small shared office became the foundation of our growth. It was where I learned to build trust, manage clients, and shape the culture of what Success Migration Australia would stand for.
When the time finally came, I took the next step — moving into our very own office, with our name proudly displayed on the door. It was a small space, just 44 square meters, but it meant a great deal to us. For the first time, it felt like something truly our own. I still remember the day our very first client walked through the door — it was a simple moment, but one I’ll never forget. It marked the start of a new chapter for Success Migration Australia.
NEW OFFICE
As the business continued to grow, so did the vision. Earlier this year, we moved again — this time into a larger, modern office overlooking the water, reflecting the professionalism and trust our clients have come to know.
From the early days of meeting clients in cafés to now welcoming them into our own office, one thing has never changed — our commitment to helping people achieve their Australian dream.
This is how Success Migration Australia began — not just a business, but a journey of courage, growth, and belief that success truly starts with taking the first step.
